You'll be working for a young and energetic firm that is growing fast on the Dutch property market. As a Property Accountant you are part of the Finance team and based in Amsterdam. You will work in a challenging environment where you will have the opportunity to develop yourself in an ambitious work environment.
You'll fulfill a key position taking on finance tasks for the Dutch entities. In this position you take care of the entire administration, you analyze and deliver various reports for the various assets and you proactively contribute to strengthening the financial business processes.

Your role:
- Responsible for a correct and complete financial administration of various assets (buildings and shopping centers) spread over the whole country;
- Reporting debtor overviews, incl. proactively monitoring debtors balance;
- Preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly reports;
- Involvement in various ad-hoc activities and projects;
- Proactively contributing to improving financial processes;
- Preparing various settlements.
Requirements:
- A completed (Business) economic HBO or WO study;
- 3-5 years of work experience in a finance environment;
- Self-starter and a tighter, you like to take initiatives;
- Strong communication and social skills;
- Knowledge of Yardi is a must;
- You speak Dutch and English fluently;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Other characteristics: accurate, driven, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
