Personal Assistant to the Managing Partners
(Utrecht, 20-24 hrs p.wk., m/v)

Aqua-Spark is a global investment fund based in Utrecht, that makes investments in sustainable aquaculture businesses that generate investment returns, while creating positive social and environmental impact.
The fund is building an ecosystem of small to medium sized enterprises across the global aquaculture value chain to make aquaculture more sustainable, healthier and more accessible for all. We are currently seeking a Personal Assistent/Secretary to the Managing Partners.

  • Providing high quality confidential administrative support;
  • Organise meetings and any other events including coordinating and distributing meeting information and logistical information for business trips;
  • Arranging clear and detailed travel itineraries, including visas, flights, transfers and hotels;
  • Liaising with internal contacts and external contacts and stakeholders;
  • Diary management - appointments, meetings, video conferences etc.;
  • (Invoice) administration;
  • Preparing and processing expense claims;
  • Provide internal communication support;
  • Arranging all team travel and board travel; 
  • Dealing with ad hoc requests as required for the Managing Partners.

Required personal skills
You have positive and engaging interpersonal skills and can-do attitude. You like to multi-task and work under pressure on multiple projects or areas of focus. Also you are a team- player, reliable, approachable and a hard worker. Flexibility, organising, prioritising and service orientation are in your key competencies. Furthermore you have

  • Excellent PowerPoint/Word/Excel skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent spelling, grammatical, writing and communication skills in English and preferably Dutch
  • Ability to use initiative to design and implement efficient working processes that enable professional standards to be maintained at all times.
  • Resourceful and flexible with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Confident, positive. Able to interact with people at various levels within the business,  whilst also highlighting issues arising quickly and appropriately to stakeholders
  • Honest, reliable, trustworthy and a good sense of humor.
